the location of sleep inn is great! there are tasty restaurants nearby, like toucan's ale house, which makes dining easy. i loved how clean the room was and the staff was really helpful when i needed to switch to a handicapped room. overall, my stay was quite pleasant and exceeded my expectations.

We enjoyed our night in a spacious, non-smoking king room. The location is prime, close to shopping and dining options. However, the customer service could use a boost. For your stay, opt for extra pillow requests in advance.

The first room I was assigned was not cleaned properly, evident from sticky surfaces and an unwashed washcloth left in the bathroom. Thankfully, I was moved to another room that met my expectations more closely. The breakfast area needed better management. During my breakfast visits, the staff seemed overwhelmed, leading to empty trays and delayed replenishments. Also, the parking situation was less than ideal with limited spaces available, making it tricky to find a spot. Overall, while I enjoyed the room comfort and breakfast, the service and cleanliness aspects could definitely use some attention.
